Caroline was born in the home of radio, Chelmsford in Essex and made an early crash onto the airwaves when she was distinctly heard wailing at an FA Cup match.
Many an early year was spent strapped to the back of the New Writtle Street stands in her baby-bouncer as Chelmsford City took to the field.
Caroline joined the ranks of BBC London in 2004. Since then she has presented for the BBC at the world's major sporting events, and currently hosts the BBC Non League Football Show.
Aside from the BBC, Caroline has also hosted election nights for commercial radio, and been seen debating football on anywhere from Setanta to Nuts TV.
Caroline is also an accomplished columnist and speaker, hosting events for the FA backed Anti Racism group, "Kick it Out", together with presentations for the likes of Podium Skills and the New Year's Day Parade.
As well as a director of JibbaJabba, a podcasting house widely acknowledged as one of the best in the business, Caroline is also a Non Executive Director at Chelmsford City Football Club
